"I’m a passionate chef from Finland. I went to culinary school in Finland in 2007, I got my first cooking job at the age of 17. After that it’s been quite a ride. Over the years I’ve worked from italian restaurants to Scandinavian fine dining. One of my most memorable jobs was cooking at the Cannes Film Festival in France in 2013.
Just before coming to New Zealand, I worked in Spain for 8 months.
I’m currently head chef at The Monday Room in Christchurch, I have been working at the restaurant for the past 5years. Still to this day I enjoy cooking more than ever. Amongst cooking I love crossfit, coffee and cats."
